Building awareness Over time, we'll help you build your awareness and change your relationship to thoughts and feelings that are getting in the way of you living the life you want. 4. Examining relationships We may also explore the impact of significant relationships in your life and work on increasing emotional connectivity in your current relationships. 5. Developing behavioral change We'll strategize on the specific behavioral changes that are consistent with your values and how you want to live your life. |
